We request that all goods are returned to us within 7 days of date of delivery. Returns received outside the above time frame are accepted at the discretion of O&L.
We guarantee to refund any non-sale item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition, complete with tags within 7 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be issued using the same method used to pay for them. Refunds will be made within 10 days of the date of cancellation notice.

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods that are lost in the post without proof of postage. In the event of failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limit, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.

You can return products to store for a refund within 7 days of receiving the goods or within 28 days for an exchange or credit note, with the receipt for proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued using the same method used to pay for them.

European and International Orders:
Please be aware that international custom duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the EU. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges.
